Short answer
Where to find it and where to use it
Where the card drops. Same answer as every Riven Tides keycard, and it is worth saying plainly because the question gets asked as though there is a stash somewhere. There is not. The 113 card is a random roll from the shared loot pool. Residential, commercial and security containers give the best odds, the drawers and cabinets rather than the big industrial crates, and any raider you kill might be carrying one. No drop rate has ever been published.
Where the door is. Hotel Panorama Azzurro, east side of the building, west side of the map.
The fast route is not through the front. Go to the north east corner of the hotel, take the stairs there up to floor 1, and walk straight ahead. Room 113 is directly in front of you at the end of that run. From standing outside the corner of the building to standing at the door is a handful of seconds.
That is the appeal and the problem in one sentence. Because 113 is reachable almost immediately after entry, it is one of the first locked doors anyone touches in a raid, and fights around the east wing in the opening minutes are routine.
What it unlocks
One door: Room 113 on floor 1. The card carries the same generic suite description as the other six hotel cards, so go by the number.
Worth knowing for orientation: 113 is the east wing bookend to Room 102 at the west end of the same floor. Floor 1 has three locked doors on it, 102 west, 107 central, 113 east, and they are laid out roughly along one continuous run. If you are carrying more than one floor 1 card, you can clear all three without ever changing level.
The east wing also feeds the staircase you want for Room 311 in the east tower. The two are not connected internally in a straight line, but they are on the same side of the complex, so a card pair of 113 and 311 keeps your whole run on one flank of the building.
What is inside
A single hotel suite with the standard container set: suitcases, drawers, wardrobes, a bathroom cabinet, bedside tables, and whatever the raid rolled onto the surfaces.
Community listings rate 113 at the lower end of the hotel rooms, near 102. We are not quoting a gold value, because the sites publishing them do not agree with each other and none of them show their working.
The threat picture matters more than the loot here. Shredders are the dominant indoor patrol in the hotel, and the east wing is close enough to the entrance that human contact is likely inside the first ten minutes.
Is it worth the detour
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Common |
| Building | Hotel Panorama Azzurro, west side of Riven Tides |
| Door | Room 113, floor 1, end of the east wing hallway |
| Approach | North east corner stairs, then straight ahead |
| Verdict | Cheapest detour in the hotel, highest contact risk |
There is barely a detour to weigh. That is the honest answer.
Reaching 113 costs you almost no time, so the question is not whether the walk is worth it but whether you want to be standing in a looting animation in the busiest early corridor on the map. Early raid, with fresh gear you do not want to lose, it is a coin flip. Later in a raid, once the east side has emptied out, it is free value.
The tactical use nobody mentions: 113 is a good card to spend when you are already extracting. You are on the east flank, the room is right there, and if it goes wrong you are close to the outside of the building rather than buried in the middle of it.
How keys work in Arc Raiders
The rules do not change per card, but they bite hardest on the doors you reach early.
- Every key is single use and is consumed when the door opens.
- You lose it on death unless it is sitting in your Safe Pocket, and it can be used straight from there.
- Locked rooms reset between raids, so the room being empty this run tells you nothing about the next.
- Keys have no fixed spawn, they come from the shared loot pool and from other raiders.
Point two is the one that applies to 113 specifically. An early raid death in the east wing with a pocket full of hotel cards is how people lose a whole afternoon of farming in one fight. Safe Pocket first, door second.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do you use Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 113?
- On Room 113 in the east wing of Hotel Panorama Azzurro on Riven Tides. Go to the north east corner of the hotel, take the stairs up to floor 1, and the door is straight ahead at the end of the hallway.
- Is Room 113 dangerous to loot?
- It is the most contested locked door in the hotel by position rather than by loot. It sits seconds from an entry point, so it draws early raid traffic, and Shredders patrol the interior floors. Later in a raid it is much quieter.
- Where does Hotel Keycard No. 113 spawn?
- There is no fixed spawn. It is a random drop from the shared loot pool, best odds in residential, commercial and security containers, and it can be looted from other raiders. No drop rate has been published for any Riven Tides keycard.
- Can I clear all the floor 1 hotel rooms in one run?
- Yes, if you hold the cards. Rooms 102, 107 and 113 are all on floor 1, west, central and east respectively, along roughly one continuous run, so three cards clear three rooms without changing level.
- Is Hotel Keycard No. 113 worth carrying?
- Yes, because it costs you almost nothing to use. The detour is a few seconds from the north east corner. Just move it into your Safe Pocket, since dying in the east wing early is the most common way these cards get lost.
