The Riven Tides map in Arc Raiders with Hotel Panorama Azzurro outlined in red and the Hotel Keycard No. 107 door marked in the central section of the building
Riven Tides. The reticle marks Hotel Panorama Azzurro, the building holding the Room 107 door. The crop outlines the whole building rather than pinning the suite, and it does not mark where the card spawns.

Short answer

Where to find it and where to use it

Where the card drops. Like every Riven Tides keycard, 107 has no home container. It rolls out of the shared loot pool, most often from residential and commercial furniture, and it can come off a dead raider just as easily. No drop rate exists for it.

What makes 107 different is that you do not have to rely on that. Battening Down awards the card as a quest reward. If that quest is sitting open in your log, finish it and you have the key without touching a single drawer. That is the single most reliable route to any hotel card on this map.

Where the door is. Hotel Panorama Azzurro is the resort complex on the western side of Riven Tides. Come in through the main entrance and stay central. You do not need the zipline and you do not need the outside stairs for this one. Get up to floor 1, then follow the corridor through the middle of the building until a door refuses the normal interact prompt. Room numbers sit above the doors in red, so read them rather than pulling on every handle.

Central means traffic. Everyone entering through the front runs this corridor, which makes 107 the most contested first floor door in the building even though it is the easiest to reach.

What it unlocks

One door: Room 107. The card's description is the generic hotel line about unlocking one of Panorama Azzurro's many suites, shared word for word with the other six hotel cards, so the printed number is the only thing that tells you which door it fits.

Room 107 is a balcony suite. That matters twice. It gives you a second way out if the corridor goes bad, and it gives anyone outside on the pool deck a clean look into the room while you loot.

What is inside

This is the room with the story attached, and the story needs a warning label on it.

The well documented part: suitcases, white drawers and cabinets to work through, and weapons sitting loose on the furniture rather than locked in cases.

The reported part. A single detailed guide describes a safe under the bed at the end of the room holding the Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 208 on a first visit, with random contents like Volcanic Rocks on later visits, alongside three Lv.3 IL Toro shotguns and an Osprey sniper in the room itself. That report has been repeated widely, but it traces back to one source and we have not been able to confirm it against a second independent one.

Is it worth the detour

VerdictThe first hotel card to spend, every time

Yes. Of the seven hotel cards this is the one to prioritise, and it is not close.

The reasoning is not the loot in the room, which is a normal suite haul with some loose weapons on top. It is the position and the possible chain. Room 107 is the shortest walk from the main entrance of any locked hotel door, so the detour cost is near zero, and the reported safe gives you a shot at a second key one floor up.

The counterweight is the corridor. Central floor 1 is where raiders funnel after entering, so being efficient matters more here than anywhere else in the building. Get in, sweep, check under the bed, leave.

How keys work in Arc Raiders

The same four rules apply to 107 as to every other key in the game.

  1. It is consumed on use. Opening Room 107 spends the card even if the safe is empty.
  2. It is lost on death unless you have moved it into your Safe Pocket, which it can be used directly from.
  3. The room resets between raids. A cleared 107 refills for the next run, which is why a second card is worth carrying.
  4. There are no fixed key spawns. Containers and dead raiders, plus the Battening Down reward for this specific card.

The quest reward is the exception worth remembering, because it is the only case on Riven Tides where you can decide to get a key rather than hope for one.

Frequently asked questions

Where do you use Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 107?
On Room 107 in Hotel Panorama Azzurro on the west side of Riven Tides. Enter through the main entrance, get up to floor 1, and follow the central corridor until you hit the locked door. It is the shortest walk to any locked hotel room on the map.
How do you get Hotel Keycard No. 107?
Two ways. It drops randomly from the shared loot pool like every other keycard, and it is awarded as a reward for the Battening Down quest. The quest is the only reliable route to a hotel card on Riven Tides.
Does Room 107 really contain the Hotel Keycard No. 208?
It is reported to. One detailed guide describes a safe under the bed holding the 208 card on a first visit, with random contents afterwards. We could not confirm that against a second independent source, so check under the bed but do not count on it.
What weapons spawn in Room 107?
The same single source reports three Lv.3 IL Toro shotguns and an Osprey sniper sitting loose on the furniture. Loot rolls are random in Arc Raiders, so treat that as one player's run rather than a fixed loot table.
Is Room 107 the best hotel room to open?
It is the best card to spend first. The detour from the main entrance is almost nothing, and if the reported under bed safe delivers, the 107 card pays for a second key into the much larger Room 208 suite one floor up.
