Short answer
Where to find it and where to use it
Two separate questions, and they get mixed up constantly.
Where the card drops. Nowhere fixed. Riven Tides keycards have no dedicated spawn point, no guaranteed container, and no shelf they sit on. They come out of the shared loot pool, which means any raid, any map, any run. Reports skew toward residential, commercial and security containers, so the drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables and office lockers are where you want your hands. Nobody has published a drop rate for any of them, so treat any percentage you see quoted on this card as invented.
The other reliable source is other raiders. Anyone who has spent fifteen minutes turning over hotel furniture is walking around with a pocket full of these. Search every backpack.
Where the door is. Hotel Panorama Azzurro sits on the western side of Riven Tides, the big resort block with the pool deck and the Beach Bar sign north of it. You can walk in the main entrance, ride the zipline that runs in from the left of it, or take any of the several staircases stitched into the building.
Floor 1 is not the lobby level. You come in at ground, then go up one. Once you are on floor 1, turn west and walk the corridor to the very end. Room 102 is the last door on that run. Room numbers are printed above the doors in red, so you are reading numerals, not guessing at doors.
What it unlocks
One door. Room 102, and nothing else.
The in game description is deliberately vague: it unlocks the door to one of Panorama Azzurro's many suites at Riven Tides. Every hotel card on this map shares that exact wording, which is why the number stamped on the card matters more than the text under it.
What is inside
A suite, laid out like a suite. Suitcases on the floor and on luggage racks, white drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables, bathroom cabinets, and whatever the game rolled onto the furniture that raid.
Community listings put Room 102 at the modest end of the hotel set, below 107, 208 and 404. We are not going to quote you a gold figure, because the sites that do are guessing and their numbers disagree with each other. What is defensible: this is a single room with a normal container count, and single rooms roll single room value.
Expect Shredders indoors. They are the dominant interior threat in the hotel and they patrol the hallways rather than sitting still. Clear the corridor before you commit to a looting animation with your back to it.
Is it worth the detour
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Common, the lowest tier of door key in the game |
| Building | Hotel Panorama Azzurro, west side of Riven Tides |
| Door | Room 102, floor 1, far west end of the hallway |
| Room size | Single suite |
| Verdict | Yes if you are already in the hotel, never a dedicated trip |
Room 102 is the cheapest room on the hotel tour, in both senses. It costs you the least detour and it pays the least back.
The reason to care is the stairwell. Room 404 sits at the far west end of floor 4, four levels straight up from this door. If you are holding both cards, one climb up the west side of the building opens both, and that turns two mediocre rooms into one efficient run. On its own, 102 is a room you open because you walked past it.
How keys work in Arc Raiders
Four rules cover every key on every map, and forgetting them is what costs people gear.
- Single use. The card is consumed when the door opens. One card, one entry.
- Lost on death unless it is in your Safe Pocket. It works from the Safe Pocket too, so there is no reason to carry it anywhere else.
- Locked rooms reset between raids. Someone else clearing Room 102 does not lock you out next run.
- No fixed spawns. Keys come from containers and from other players. There is no map marker for them and no published drop rate.
One habit on top of that: count your free bag slots before you open a door. A full backpack in front of a fresh room is a wasted key.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do you use Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 102?
- On Room 102 in Hotel Panorama Azzurro, the resort on the west side of Riven Tides. Go up to floor 1, turn into the west wing, and walk to the last door at the end of the hallway. Room numbers are printed above the doors in red.
- Where does Hotel Keycard No. 102 spawn?
- It has no fixed spawn. It is a random drop from the shared loot pool, skewing toward residential, commercial and security containers, and it can also be looted off other raiders. No drop rate has ever been published, so ignore any percentage you see quoted.
- Is there a Hotel Keycard No. 103 on Riven Tides?
- No. Several community sites list one, but the wiki has no page for it and it does not appear on the canonical key list. There are seven hotel keycards on Riven Tides: 102, 107, 113, 205, 208, 311 and 404.
- Is Hotel Keycard No. 102 single use?
- Yes. Every key in Arc Raiders is consumed when the door opens, and the room resets for the next raid. If you want back into Room 102 on a later run you need another card.
- Should I open Room 102 or save the trip?
- Open it if you are already inside the hotel, especially if you also hold the 404 card, since Room 404 is four floors straight up at the same west end. It is not worth crossing the map for on its own.
