Short answer
Where to find it and where to use it
It is not in the warehouse. Keys in Arc Raiders are loose container loot, and this one can drop on any map, in any raid.
The containers that roll keys are the small searchable ones: desk drawers, bedside drawers, filing cabinets, lockers, toolboxes. Ammo cases and heavy industrial crates do not.
- Residential interiors are the highest odds. Furnished rooms and apartment blocks give you the most drawers per minute of looting.
- Ruby Residence on Dam Battlegrounds is the most commonly named source, with the Research and Administration Building on the same map close behind.
- Loot other raiders. Anyone who has been clearing apartments this raid is a key stash. Check the backpack every time.
- Cast a wide net. Because it is uncommon rather than rare, this key turns up more often than the Spaceport rare keys. Search residential containers on whatever map you are on and you will accumulate them.
Do not vendor it. The sale price is a rounding error against what the room pays.
What it unlocks
The in game text is plain: a key to a warehouse in the Spaceport. That warehouse is the Shipping Warehouse, and our map marks the door west of West Container Yard, up in the northwestern part of Spaceport.
The locked door is on the second floor, on the north side of the building. Two ways up:
- The stairs at the northeastern part of the building. Faster and simpler, and this is the route to take unless something is in the way.
- The zipline at the southwestern edge. Works fine, costs more time, and puts you out in the open on the ride.
From the top of the stairs, follow the corridor around and you will hit the locked door. It behaves like every other key door: no interact prompt without the key in your inventory.
What is inside
This is a large room and the container mix is unusually good for an uncommon key. Reported contents:
- Around four valuables lockers, the red ones, which carry most of the room's coin value.
- Desk and shelf drawers throughout the space.
- A weapon case, where the higher rarity weapon rolls come from.
- A Security Breach locker, the higher tier locked container.
- An ammo case, which alone covers the ammo you spent getting there.
- A valuables bag and a computer cabinet.
Expect crafting materials, consumables, collectibles and blueprints, with high value items on a good roll. Player reports commonly put a full clear in the range of 40,000 to 50,000 coins of profit. That is a community figure rather than a published table, and the room rolls fresh every raid, so a flat run is possible.
Is it worth the detour
This is the best risk adjusted key run on Spaceport, and it is the one to prioritize if you are holding several keys and only have time for one room.
Our database lists this room in the green loot zone, the calmer band of the map. That is the whole argument. You get a container density that would normally sit in the contested middle, but you open it out toward the northwestern edge where fewer fights start. The uncommon rarity means you will actually find the key regularly instead of hoarding one for a month.
The catch is other raiders, not ARC. This room is well known, and being second to the door is a common way to waste a trip. If Spaceport is running a map condition that pushes players toward it, expect a race. Getting there early in the raid matters more here than at any other Spaceport key door.
Run it when:
- You spawn anywhere in the western half of the map. The stairs route is quick and you can be in and out before the map heats up.
- You want a full bag without committing to the center of the map.
- You are stacking crafting materials and blueprints rather than hunting fights.
Hold off when you have already seen a squad heading that way and you are solo with a light kit. The room is worth a lot, which is exactly why someone will contest it.
How keys work in Arc Raiders
Four rules cover every key in the game.
- Single use. The key is consumed the moment the door opens.
- Lost on death unless it is in your Safe Pocket. Put it there the second you find it. The weight is negligible.
- Locked rooms reset between raids. The Shipping Warehouse room restocks, so it is farmable run after run.
- Keys drop from containers and from players. Cabinets, drawers, desks and lockers roll them, and anyone you kill might be carrying one.
Check the door before you spend the key. If a squad already opened it this raid, the room is stripped and your key stays in your pocket for the next one.

- Spaceport Trench Tower Key, uncommon, opens the North and South Trench Towers on the east side of The Trench.
- All Arc Raiders key locations, every key on every map in one list.
- Spaceport interactive map, with all four Spaceport key doors marked.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do you use the Spaceport Warehouse Key?
- At the Shipping Warehouse on The Spaceport, west of West Container Yard in the northwestern part of the map. The locked door is on the second floor, on the north side. Take the stairs at the northeastern part of the building.
- What is the fastest way to the Warehouse Key door?
- The stairs at the northeastern part of the building, then follow the corridor around on the second floor. The zipline at the southwestern edge also reaches the upper level but takes longer and leaves you exposed on the ride.
- Where does the Spaceport Warehouse Key spawn?
- It is random container loot and drops on any map. Search drawers, cabinets and lockers in residential interiors. Ruby Residence and the Research and Administration Building on Dam Battlegrounds are the most commonly reported spots.
- How much is the Warehouse Key room worth?
- Player reports commonly land in the 40,000 to 50,000 coin range for a full clear, from valuables lockers, a weapon case, a Security Breach locker, an ammo case and assorted drawers. It rolls each raid, so results vary.
- Is the Warehouse Key better than the rare Spaceport keys?
- For risk adjusted value, often yes. It is uncommon so you find it more often, and the door sits in the calmer green zone rather than the contested middle of the map. The main risk is another raider beating you to the room.
