Inventory Management Tips for Arc Raiders

Manage your inventory like a pro in Arc Raiders. Weight optimization, item prioritization, storage strategies, and what to keep versus recycle.

Weight Limits and You

Every item has a weight, and your loadout and your loot share one limit, set by your augment. Per the wiki's Loadout page, going over that limit dramatically reduces your stamina. Always monitor your current weight during raids. Drop low value items when you find something better.

Value Per Weight Ratio

Experienced raiders think in terms of value per kilogram. Weigh an item's vendor value against its weight to make smart looting decisions.

What to Always Keep

Quest items you have not turned in yet, rare materials needed for upgrades, and high value recyclables should always stay in your inventory. Never drop these even when your weight is high. Everything else is negotiable based on your current needs.

Base Storage Organization

Keep your base storage organized by category. Separate crafting materials from recyclables and quest items. This makes it easy to see what you have and what you still need. Regular cleanup prevents your storage from becoming a mess.

Pre Raid Inventory Prep

Before each raid, clear your inventory down to essentials only. Bring only the consumables and gear you need. Maximum empty space means maximum loot capacity. Do not carry materials or extra items into a raid unless a quest requires them.
