This tier list ranks all armor in Arc Raiders based on damage reduction, weight efficiency, and overall value. Higher tier armor provides the best protection to weight ratio.

S Tier

Best in class armor. Maximum protection with reasonable weight. The gold standard for raid survivability.

• Reinforced Helmet (Uncommon)
• Reinforced Vest (Uncommon)

A Tier

Excellent protection options. Strong choices for any build type with good stat distribution.

• Tactical Backpack (Uncommon)
• Basic Backpack (Common)

B Tier

Decent armor with acceptable protection. Works well early to mid game but gets outclassed later.

• Basic Helmet (Common)
• Basic Vest (Common)

C Tier

Basic protection only. Starter armor or emergency replacements. Replace as soon as you can.
