Ranged Combat Focus

Mountain terrain creates long engagement distances across valleys and ridgelines. The Aphelion suits these distances. Having at least one long range option in your loadout is essential for Stella Montis survival.

Handling Verticality

Fights happen across multiple elevation levels. A Light or Medium Shield helps with the constant climbing and traversal. The Heavy Shield's movement penalty makes scaling cliffs and ledges slow. Movement efficiency matters more on this map than most.
