Shields for Dam Battlegrounds

The Medium Shield is the default recommendation. The map has long runs between zones, and the Heavy Shield's movement penalty slows your rotation. If you plan to hold a single position on the dam, the Heavy Shield becomes viable since you will not need to move far.
