Point Player Loadout

The point player needs high damage and a strong shield. The Anvil or Hullcracker paired with a Medium or Heavy Shield for absorbing initial contact damage. This role leads the charge and draws enemy attention.

Support Loadout

Support carries extra healing items and utility consumables. Lighter weapons leave more of the augment's weight limit for team supplies. A Medium Shield keeps them alive while they keep the team alive. Communication is the support player's best weapon.

Scout and Looter Loadout

A Light Shield and fast weapons for the scout role. The Bobcat SMG is perfect here. This player moves ahead to identify threats and valuable loot. Speed is more important than firepower. Their job is information and efficient looting, not combat.

Team Weapon Coverage

Make sure your team covers all ranges. At least one member should have a long range option like the Osprey, one should specialize in close quarters, and one should be versatile. This prevents situations where the entire team is ineffective at a given range.
